IL CHARTER is one of the most important agencies of Jackie One yacht ensuring that everything goes smoothly for the client.
This type of contract ensures that the client is 100% covered should anything not be to their satisfaction.
In such instances, the client can, at any time, withhold the payment due.
On signing the contract, the client must pay 50% of the charter cost. This sum will be held by the charter agency until such time as the client boards.
The charter agency will transfer the sum to Jackie One’s holding company the day after the client boards and only when the client is fully satisfied.
The client will complete a Preference List to choose their food and drinks for their holiday on board.
The client decides the port where they will board, the cruise itinerary and the port where they wish to disembark.
30 days prior to embarking the client must pay the balance of the amount due to the charter agency plus petty cash. Petty Cash equates to 25% of the overall charter cost.
15 days prior to embarking, the charter agency will transfer the petty cash to Jackie One’s captain for the purchase of supplies, fuel, port charges and particular requests made by the client.
Jackie One’s captain is responsible for managing Petty Cash. The captain maintains a precise account of all expenses incurred for and on behalf of the client and the account can be reviewed by the client at any time.
At the end of the holiday, one day after disembarking and only if the client is fully satisfied with the holiday, the charter agency will transfer the remaining 50% of the charter cost to Jackie One’s holding company.
